The project involved the refurbishment of the existing 2 storey school and was formed from various different sections.
There was a new extension built onto the existing school to form the new nursery with playrooms, toilets, kitchens etc.
There was also a new build 1st floor extension constructed over the existing ground floor corridor and toilets to upgrade 1st floor teaching areas.
The internal fit-out also included re-modelling of areas and installing a new lift, suspended ceilings, doors, floor coverings and full decoration, New fitted furniture and fittings were installed throughout.
The refurbishment included the internal replacement of building services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services as well as installing intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms and IT systems.
Externally the school had a new roof covering, windows, doors, render and cladding as well as external lighting and CCTV.
