This project involved the refurbishment of existing 2 storey school and nursery while it was occupied by staff and pupils. The works were carried out over 8 different phases to allow the school to continue to function. The works also included a new build 1st floor extension constructed over the existing ground floor corridor and toilets to upgrade 1st floor teaching areas.
The refurbishment generally included the renewal of building services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services as well as installing intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire alarms and IT systems.
The internal fit-out also included remodelling of various areas and the instalation of a 2 storey lift, suspended ceilings, new doors, floor coverings and full decoration. Fitted furniture and fittings were installed throughout.
Externally the school has new roof coverings, windows, doors and render as well as lighting and CCTV.
