This project involved the refurbishment of the existing 2and 3 storey school while it was occupied and was carried out over 16 phases.
There is a large new build extension to the ground floor forming additional teaching accommodation.
The refurbishment of the existing school included the internal renewal of building services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services as well as installing intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire alarms and IT systems.
The internal fit-out comprised of the remodelling of areas and installing a 3 storey lift, suspended ceilings, new doors, floor coverings and full decoration. New fitted furniture and fittings were installed throughout.
Externally, the works consisted of new roof coverings, windows, doors and render as well as external lighting and CCTV.
