Construction of a series of bonded warehouses within the grounds of the Girvan distillery. To date 14 no. two cell double portal warehouses each with a floor area 5000m2 have been constructed.

The works involved bulk earthworks; foundations; steel frame; cladding; blockwork dado and separation walls; sprinkler system installation; external roads; hardstandings and drainage.

“One stop shop” – Planning approval, CDM Co-ordination, building warrant, construction and obtaining completion certification by Barr.
