Key Features: Underground Parking.

This £10m development was a design and build project of a commercial development in Leeds for City Wall Developers. The project included 5000m2 of office space along with 80 apartments. Underground car parking was provided for both the residential blocks as well as the office accommodation.

The structures of both buildings featured steel frames with insitu concrete floors. The external facades predominantly feature architectural pre-cast concrete panels along with more traditional materials.
