The 3.2 Million project was Built for east Ayrshire Council and NHS Ayrshire and Arran Health Board,. This was a dual propose building

The Building provide a new library and Medical Practice for the Village of Crosshouse.The building was constructed of a Combination of steel Frame and timber kit with a render finish to the external  walls and a sarnafil roof covering

The internals were a constructed of Gyproc Partitions, Timber doors,IPS units and a mixture of Vinyl and Carpets.

The Library was a circular building and with a circular feature on the Ceiling. This part of the building was fitted out by us. This comprised of main reception desks a number of bespoke units and a mixture of metal and timber book shelves.
