Key Features: The project incorporated several environmental initiatives including Biomass boiler, Rainwater harvesting and sun pipes to sales floor.Siberian larch cladding was used on the external elevations to enhance the appearance.

The demolition of existing Abattoir and Auction mart buildings and construction of new format 25 supermarket. Works included stabilisation of existing slope on boundary of site and enhancement of the highways infrastructure.
