Our Technical Services team works closely with Barr Construction and provides several key support functions, including:  

• Design Management
• Estimating
• Surveying
• Pre-tender Planning
• Planning Supervisor
• Quality Management
• Environmental Management
• Negotiation of Statutory Consents

The design function of the division can provide a comprehensive service in architecture and engineering (services and structural). On many projects where external consultants have been appointed based on their skills in a particular type of project or sector, the Technical Services team can provide an additional level of service. This process involves the team's input into elements such as value engineering, buildability and sequencing.
