Health & Safety Policy StatementThe Chair and Directors of Barr Limited fully recognise the duties placed upon Barr Limited (“the Company”) under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, all other relevant statutory provision and recognised Codes of Practice. The standards that will be adopted are those required by Law although the Company will seek always to exceed these where reasonably practicable. The Board is committed to the provision of adequate resources, information and training to ensure that Management Teams can deliver Health and Safety throughout the business.
Barr Limited values the contribution made by its employees and seeks to conduct its activities in a manner, which is committed to their health, safety and wellbeing. Contractors and their employees will be required to comply with the policy and other relevant statutory requirements when on company premises, sites or carrying out work for the Company.
