St Charles Primary School

The project involved the refurbishment of the existing 2 storey school.

There was a new extension built onto the games hall and a new covered entrance area.

The refurbishment of the existing facilities included the renewal of building services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services as well as intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms and IT systems.

Internal the fit-out also included re-modelling of various areas and the installation of a 2 storey lift, stair lifts, suspended ceilings, doors, floor coverings and full decoration. New fitted furniture and fittings were installed throughout.

Externally the school was given new roof coverings, windows and doors as well as external lighting and CCTV provision.
