Williamsburgh Primary school

This project involved the refurbishment of the existing 2 storey school while it was occupied and was carried out over 8 phases.

There is a new build extension to the ground floor forming a new gymnasium and changing facilities.

The refurbishment of the existing facilities included the internal renewal of building services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services as well as installing intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire alarms and IT systems.

An internal refit was also carried out including the included reodelling of various areas and the installation of a 2 storey lift, suspended ceilings, new doors, floor coverings and full decoration. Repalcement fixtures and fittings were also installed throughout.

Externally the school had slate roof / lead work remedials, windows modifications, doors, sandstone repairs and render repairs carried out as well as external lighting and CCTV installed.

The playgrounds and car park were remodelled and relaid with new tarmac.
